そのまま食べてみるとサクサクというよりカリカリとした食感で硬め。味はすごくシンプル、素材そのままの全粒穀物の味が楽しめます。私はミューズリーをミルクに数時間浸して柔らかくしてから食べるので、食感が乏しく食べ応えがないときにこのシリアルをフリカケのように上からまぶして食べています。日頃から日本製の甘いシリアルを食べている人からすると、味が素朴すぎるので評価が低くなるようですが、健康志向のかたは砂糖がかなり少なめなのでお薦めです。なおEzekiel4:9のオリジナルバージョンなので写真に写っているイチゴは入っていませんので注意。

肉そぼろ

見かけはそぼろです。箱は普通のシリアルより一回り小さいですが、中身がぎっしり詰まっているので、量はあります。素朴な味でおいしいですが、シンプルなので、シリアル食べてる幸せ感はあんまりないかな。
