カカオ分８０％ですが、苦いという感じはほとんどなく、カカオ豆の特徴的な風味もあまりないので、比較的食べやすいと思います。私はもう少しマニアックなチョコが好きなので、ちょっと物足りなさを感じましたが、それでも品質はとてもいい感じで美味しいチョコだと思いました。

カカオの多いﾁｮｺﾚｰﾄは輸入品に頼るしかなく、しかもスイス、ベルギー、フランスあたりのは店頭にもないことがあるうえに高い。ですから良い物を見つけたと思っています。
