ちょっとスープを作りたいとき、野菜といっしょにポンと入れるとたちまちチキン味のスープが出来上がります。洋風ではなくどちらかというと中華のチキン味に近いです。

野菜を煮込む時にポンと入れて使っています。他にも塩コショウやらケチャップやら入れますが、美味しくできます。
