I like Dulse and this is an easy way to add it to a bowl of soup, sprinkle on salads and stir fry. Not too salty.

These are such an easy way to add sea veg to your diet, I always sprinkle them into stir-fries and rice, but I'm sure they could be added to just about anything! They have a kind of strange tea smell, not a bad thing.

Got this to add some extra nutrition to my family's food. Is very easy to pop a bit in here and there so does the job!
