日本のきちんと作ったブドウ酢やりんご酢を飲みなれてきましたが、このお酢は甘みを入れないと飲みにくいです。少しでも飲みやすいように炭酸水で割っていますが、修行している気持ちです。

キリッとした酸味の酢で、味はごく普通にひたすら酸っぱいです。ドレッシングなどを作るのに重宝しています。ただ、瓶の口を毎回拭かないと液切れが悪いので使い勝手がイマイチ。密封性もよくないのか、冷蔵庫がなぜか酢の匂いです。

オーガニックのリンゴ酢、ドレッシングやピクルスに使おうと購入。国産のリンゴ酢を使っていたので同じような味だと思っていたのですが、かなり酸っぱいです。内容物が沈殿しているので、よく振ってから使っています。いままでリンゴ酢のキャッロトラペには甘味を入れてなかったのですが、このビネガーにはアガベシロップが必要かも。
