サラダやステーキに一振りするだけで、ペッパーの香りが広がり、良い感じです。ミル付きなので、フレッシュな香りが楽しめます。私はピータンとトマトを乗せた冷奴にも使います。岩塩と合わせて、バルサミコ酢を振ると、とっても美味しいです。とてもリーズナブルなので、リピします。

ミルつきで使いやすい!安い!美味しい!です。日本では３倍の価格でした。マイルドが辛さがちょうどよく 肉料理やサラダetc何にでもつかえます。プレゼントにもgood!
