Wonderful supplement for Jing and Qi preservation. I really like this formula as it is well balanced and gently energizing. If you want to add more yang jing and qi, then you can go with Ant Power that is the same formula with ant and cordyceps added. Athletes will be happy with this one!

I've tried a few of Dragon Herbs formula to find the right one for my constituition. This and the Return to Youth i've found to be the best formulas for me. This is a more Yang formula compared to the other one, i balance it out w/ some american ginseng an d that seems to work well for me. Trhis is a good f
