以前は痰が良くからんで、会議中も声を出して咳をして周囲に迷惑をかけてたが、これを１日２−３錠飲むようになってからすぐ、痰がほとんど出なくなった。痰が少し出ても水っぽいのなので、ほとんど声を出さずに小さく咳をするだけですみます。娘が何年も蓄膿症で鼻で呼吸ができなくて、耳鼻科に行っても全然よくならなかったが、candida clearとこれを飲ませたら良くなって、今では鼻で呼吸ができるようになりました。

炎症を抑えるサプリのようですが、風邪をひくとすぐに副鼻腔炎になり冬は鼻と喉に悩まされてたのが軽減されています。
