商品は無事に届きました。ただ個人輸入が初めてだったので、着払いで関税が請求され、思ったより高かったのでびっくりしました。カプセルはアメリカのものだけあって大きく、最初は飲みにくかったのですが、今は馴れました。効果を期待したいと思います。

長生きや細胞を衰えさせず、若さをキープするためには、身体の中の遺伝子のひとつであるサーチュイン遺伝子をONの状態にしなければならないとNHKの番組で拝見しました。細胞が若い＝細胞が癌化するのも防ぐという事も言っていました。その為には腹8分目よりも少ない7分目6分目で抑えなければそのスイッチをONにする事は出来ません。それが中々難しいわけです。といってだらけて運動もせず常にお菓子を食べ、ご飯を満腹まで食べたりするような人に効果があるかは不明ですが・・・ｗ。自分でも努力しつつこちらの効果も＋であればと思って購入してみました。効果は年をとっていかないと解りませんが（＾＾；）。
