タブレットが苦手でカプセルのＢｺﾝﾌﾟﾚｯｸｽを探していたら見つけました。 ビタミンＢは、体内で細胞に利用されるには活性型に変換される必要があるとか。すぐに吸収できるよう、活性型になっているコエンザイムＢコンプレックスは、抗酸化物質であるアルファリポ酸も一緒に摂れるのでありがたいです。 1本目はお試しで小瓶を取り寄せましたが、リピートは迷わず大瓶にしました。価格の安さも魅力です。

量がちょっと多いような気もしますが、出勤日は夕食後に必ず飲んでます。ビタミンCや、アミノ酸系のサプリと併用が相乗効果もありいいと思います。
