Purchased at iHerb

主にパウンドケーキに使用しています。 量が多いですが、たんなる重曹なので料理意外にも掃除にも使えると思います。量が多いので重宝しています。 焼き菓子にしようすると、やはり茶色くしあがります。入れすぎると苦い。ここら辺は重曹の性質なので、このブランドとは無関係ですが・・・。
