主にパウンドケーキに使用しています。量が多いですが、たんなる重曹なので料理意外にも掃除にも使えると思います。量が多いので重宝しています。焼き菓子にしようすると、やはり茶色くしあがります。入れすぎると苦い。ここら辺は重曹の性質なので、このブランドとは無関係ですが・・・。

このベーキングソーダとクエン酸を、手のひらで混ぜて「ずぼらバスボム」にしています。シュワシュワしてはんぱなく温まります。バスボムを形成して保管するのが面倒なので、毎回手のひらでジカ混ぜ（笑）
