Great product because only need to take one capsule a day instead of many. Also, vcap instead of gelatin which is made from beef and have beef allergy.

sure it turns my pee bright yellow, but that's fine, there are no artificial things in these vitas and that's the main reason I like them!

I've been taking these multi-vitamins for several months now. I love them...only one a day and it's complete! Definitely sticking with Blue Bonnet's Multi Ones!

This product seems to me better than other Multi-vitamins and minerals I used previously. I investigated its ingredients before ordering it.
