have been taking these for 2 years since I was first diagnosed with Shingles, although I am a Cancer patient, I have had no relapse of shingles

Helps reduce blood pressure some, not a great deal. Have to take B/P medication along with it so I don't have to increase the dosage. I take 2 in a.m. and 2 p.m. with 1 L-Arginine and magnesium
