スープ、パスタ、リゾット、クラムチャウダー・・・いろんなものに、使えます。動物性のものは入っていないのに、こくがあります。塩味は結構付いているので、これだけの塩味で料理の味付けができます。

手始めにオムレツの具の味付けに使いました。ブイヨン（粉）だと水っぽくなってしまうのに、これは玉ねぎのシャキシャキ残したままでした。夏の冷製パスタにも合いそうですし、いろいろ使い回しできそうなので、重宝しそうです。マッシュルームより塩気が勝っています。
