ピーナツクリームと麺つゆ、オリーブオイルなどを混ぜて作ったドレッシングで、ゆでた野菜を和えると、とてもおいしいです。

クラッカーにそのまま塗って食べるのが好きです。カレーを作る時にも使っています。このピーナッツバターを入れると、カレーの味にコクが出てとても良いです。

オーガニックのピーナッツバター。混ざりものがないので硬めなクリームです。とても美味しく、和食や中華料理の調味料としても使えます。
