洗ってそのまま入れています。インスタント食品並みに簡単に調理出来てぷちぷちした食感と風味が良いのでとても気に入っています。日本国内では簡単に買えないのとあっても価格が高めなので荷物に余裕があるときはこれからも頼みたいです。
