胃を傷めにくいエスターＣ

エスターＣは中性のビタミンＣです。アスコルビン酸を飲むと酸が強く胃痛になりますが、これはなりません。タイムリリース処方で体にゆっくり供給されるので、１日１粒でもいい感じ。

スモーカーのため、ビタミンc補給が必須。で、服用しています。値段はとっても手ごろ。こういうサプリってすぐに効果がわかるものでないため、なんといっていいのやら。ただ、一緒に服用している主人は「調子がいい」と言っています。
