My fault for not reading the label carefully. It has yellow #6 and I try to never buy products with food dyes. The reason I buy from iherb is the health food store quality of their products but at a more reasonable price. This product does not qualify.

It's benefit for getting better feeling while eating too much in stomach. My personal physician recommended Natural Factors( http://goo.gl/DNEgU ), but I used the cheaper version and it really work well! We have been taking this for months. Fast acting and they taste good. I dont have a gallbladder so digestion is important to me. If I get an upset stomach these work fast to relieve pain or discomfort.
