ハーブティーでカフェインフリーなので飛びついてしまいましたが、Sennna leaves（センナ葉）でした。日本ではセンナ茎のみ推奨されていて、葉のほうは安全性が確認できていないと厚労省サイトに出ていました。表記も、日本では認められていない「スリミング」という言葉が使われています。要は日本の薬事法では輸入できないほど強いということです。私は二回続けて飲んでしまったため、数日間の腹痛に悩まされました。夜中も目覚めてトイレに駆け込むほど強かったです。下剤だと思って飲んだほうがいいです。とてもがっかりしました。
