用法・用量

To maintain healthful intestinal flora, 1 capsule, 1-3 times per day, 15 minutes before meals or 1 hour after. When taking antibiotics, take probiotic 2 hours before or 2 hours after antibiotic.

For maximum potency, refrigerate.
