Warm Artichoke Dip

a (13.75 oz) can Napoleon Artichoke Hearts (Quartered or Whole), drained

1 (4 oz) can chopped green chilis

1 cup grated Parmesan cheese

1 cup mayonnaise

Combine all ingredients. Turn into 8-inch round baking disk. Bake 350° F oven for 20 minutes or until it starts to bubble. Serve warm as a dip with your favorite crackers or chips.
