I love this stuff. The protein makes me feel good. And I love that it's vegan. I prefer the chocolate flavor though.

I love GoL's Super Seed. I put a half-scoop on my cereal when I have cereal. Sometimes I put it in morning smoothies. It tastes great, slight cinnamon flavor. And it provides great fiber. This is one of my 'never do without' items.

as always, can't beat the price at iherb. This stuff is like tea, hot chocolate and a touch of coffee all blended into one... and so good for you. Energy without the downsides.
