I love the protein. It's not sweetened, so you have to expect that it won't be sweet on it's own. I appreciate being able to flavor it to my own specifications. But the labeling on the package - UGH! When you open the package, you have to cut the protective film. Well the protective film is the label itself. So, the first time I opened it, the WHOLE package label came off in one piece!! Now I have a plain, white, unmarked plastic canister. I have to look it up online whenever I need to know the nutrient breakdown, etc. GOL, I'm really disappointed in you.

And it's easier to take than the powder alone. I use these when I'm not home and can't just put a scoop of bcaa powder in my mouth.

I love GoL's Super Seed. I put a half-scoop on my cereal when I have cereal. Sometimes I put it in morning smoothies. It tastes great, slight cinnamon flavor. And it provides great fiber. This is one of my 'never do without' items.

I tried mixing this in water, and it just made me gag. It's REALLY hard to get down. But when I just put the powder straight on my tongue and down it with water, it works great. My advice, do only 1/2 - 3/4 scoop at a time. And don't breath through your mouth!! But still, I'll probably stick to capsules when I'm done with this jar.

I love this stuff. The protein makes me feel good. And I love that it's vegan. I prefer the chocolate over the vanilla... and it's usually the reverse.

I've been adding more protein to my diet. I love whey, but most whey's are the inferior isolates. This is the real deal. Pure whey concentrate. No sugars, no fillers. I love it.

I tried the sample of the cinnamon neem toothpaste, and it was great. but this tube is aweful. they seem to have either forgotten the cinnamon or placed anise/licorice flavored toothpaste in by mistake. yuck. Yuck. YUCK. brushing my teeth has become a miserable experience.
