I'm rating this product with 3 stars because it is advertised as an "Immediate Visible Facelift". Although I don't see an obvious lift of my face, when I use this product, I do feel my skin has a smoother look. It also helps to keep my skin hydrated throughout the day. I hoping that with time, this product will help to build/repair the collagen in my face.

I read an internet article that stated Europe has been using baking soda as a cure for cancer. The article claimed that taking 1 teaspoon of baking soda morning and night for a month creates a PH level wherein cancer cells can't live. After 1 month the maintenance amount is 1 teaspoon per day. The baking soda must be ALUMINUM FREE. I'm going to give the product a try. The baking soda is inexpensive, and I doubt there's any harmful side effects. Wish me luck!

I've been taking a supplement of this type for 2 months. I just began taking the Doctor's Best brand. To date, I don't see an improvement in overall health. I will give it a bit more time.

I've begun using my second bottle. At this point, I can't tell if it's helping or not. I'm going to give it a few more months.
