I was getting terrible yeast and thrush secondary to needed long term antibiotic treatment. This was recommended by my MD to treat yeast/fungal problems while I need to take these medications. It seems to do the trick. Still taking the antibiotics, but no more yeast since I've been taking it.

I take 2 tablets at night before going to bed. Helps reduce muscle pains and consequently helps me sleep. My Dr. recommended Magnesium Glycinate over other forms because it is easily absorbed and doesn't cause loose stools. Works for me.

Better than swallowing another pill ... Brewers Yeast is a healthy way to get lots of good vitamins. It's easy to add to soups, cereals, smoothies, etc. It tastes good and it's a great value at iherb.

Hard to Swallow

I find these tablets hard to swallow. Source natural also makes resveratrol in capsule form and in bottles of 120 which are easier to swallow and much more convenient since I go through them very quickly on my Lyme protocol. I wish iherb would start carrying the capsules in the larger quantity bottles.

What makes Jojoba so unique compared to other seed oils is that it is structurally and chemically very similar to the human sebum produced by the sebaceous glands in our skin. I used to always get sick whenever I got on an airplane. Now I take Defense Plus, literally as a defense ... to boost my immune system whenever my body is going to be stressed either physically or mentally. I start taking it a week before a trip/stressor or as soon as I realize my immune system needs an extra boost and take for about 2 weeks. I haven not gotten sick after a flight since taking this. The ingredients in this product are excellent and really compliment each other for maximum effectiveness.

Probiotics are essential supplement when you are taking antibiotics which I am ... long-term... for Lyme disease. The foil packed pills don't require refrigeration so I can carry these with me and take as necessary.

I've been taking one capsule 3 times per day for the last 3 months and my joints are dramatically better. It's not overnight relief though. It took about a month of continued use to feel real results.
