I give this to my children every day for maintenace and they rarely ever sick and I have always been able to avoid the doctor, this stuff seems to really help keep their immune systems up to snuff.

Now that my son is old enough to chew safely, I use these tablets, he seems to like the taste and it is easier than fussing with the powder. He is a healthy kid and I have been giving him a probiotic supplement every day for the past two years in which he has never had anything more than a runny nose.

I use this stuff at the first sign of runny nose and it works wonderfully. I don't use it for maintenance, I just follow the instructions for intense use along with a probiotic (which I do use for maintenance) and increase Vit C when runny nose starts and my children have never been sick longer than 2-3 days.
