I like putting 1/2 to 1 tablet in my morning tea. Tastes great - won't use sugar anymore in my tea. I find the tablets more convenient than the powder.

I felt 2 cold sores developing in the afternoon. I began applying this product, and by the next morning the cold sores were already dissolving. I will be ordering this again!

My little poodle gets allergies - bumps on her eye lids, ears and elsewhere. I started to gave her 1 OLE daily and everything cleared up! I also take it and I do not get cold sores or colds that my husband brings home. Will always have it around.

I have tried numerous liquid vitamins - all smelled and tasted horrible except for this one. I always eat before I drink this.I mix the directed amount in some water with a little juice added. It tastes great. Taking pill form vitamins has always made me feel nauseous. I will be a regular user of this product! Thanks
