I can't even begin to say what finding the fructose has meant to me. I am chemically diabetic and absolutely must stay away from sugar. I'd been using Splenda, but was concerned about what it might be doing to me, then found this. The package is a good size and lasts quite a while (unless one is doing a lot of baking or jelly making!) Will definitely be buying this again!

Since getting this I've used it for biscuits and pancakes and it is sooo good! Would definitely buy again.

It packs a pretty big after taste for the amount of sweet. I will not be buying this again.

And not too bitter!

I was excited about finding the dessicated coconut because it is unsweetened. I was a bit disappointed when I opened the package. It didn't say how FINE it was. So I have almost sugar-grain size coconut. For this I give it only one star. On the plus side the flavor is five-stars, hence the three-star rating. If buying again I will purchase the coarser flake.
