Definilely has improved my immunesystem and skin. My pimples heals much faster than before I started to eat zinc.

Have used this with zinc and Granda's acne soap and now my skin is almost perfect. Not even one pimple on my face. I use to have like 5-10 pimples all the time before started to take these, but hard to say how much this product has helped or is it good combination with zinc. I still give 5 stars cos i'm so happy to my face right now :)

Seems to work. I have taken now 1-2 caps per day and atleast my metabolism is faster than before. Helps me to loose weight and also gives good antioxidants.

I use now my secong bar and this is perfect face soap to me. I't doesnt dry my face at all even at the winter time. And it have cleared all my pimples what I had and havent got any new ones after I started to use this product.
