Very tasty, I add a bit of agave and sometimes rice milk to give a bit of creamy and sweetness....very enjoyable and no sugar rush.

amazing results for joint discomfort, any connective tissue problems. It took a week or so before I noticed significant results, though some of my clients noticed relief within a few days.
