I do believe this has helped me. I am on a strict candida diet and while on that diet and after I thought my yeast infection was all gone suddenly yeast came back. So I quickly looked here at iHerb and bought this product. It seemed to work fast and brought the problem under control in a few days. Do not forget to order overnight shipping (like I did), 2-3 day it was completely warm. Came packed in a styrofoam cooler box, but only had one tiny freezer pouch in the box, not even sure overnight mail would keep product cool.

I have not opened the bottle yet. I am not sure about it because after some research I found that I may need to be very careful of liver damage some Kava Kava can cause. My natruopathic doctor says in moderation it maybe ok to take.

I am not sure about taking Fos anymore, I decided to buy it fro the first time to help feed the probiotics I am taking to fight yeast infection, but after a bit of research on Fos, I am not sure I want to take it. I recommend doing some research what Fos really is before taking it.

I have taken this about 3 weeks, and have not seen a huge difference in my focus yet. I think it is working a little. It may take a while for it to work. I do feel less anxiety though over my lack of concentration. I am doing better at day to day tasks.

My husband swears this works and make a huge difference for his joints. no aches or pains. He is up to running 2 hours a day and no pain. Also helps his digestion and he never wants to be without a bottle of this stuff!

I have been buying this brand a few years and we liked it. The key to loving it is to put it in a glass with screw on lid and shake. Once we discovered this we loved it even more, my son now loves this shake after his workouts with P90X. Great after workouts! Taste great!

I love this for breakfast. It will make about 6 or 7 - 1/3 cup servings. When I measured it dry it is 2 and 1/2 cups dry. Great price. I put blueberries and sweeten with pure maple syrup. I add nuts and cinnamon sometimes too. I make a batch and eat on it for days. Convenient.
