I take it 3 times a day and it sharpens the mind, improves memory, and I went to this natural/organic solution rather than get hooked on pills for depression. It works!

Purchased at iHerb

Typically I buy the NOW Foods brand, but the price increased and Country Life's value was better. Not seeing any decrease in benefit; plus this product has B-6 in it.
