This works great for an appetite suppressor. You must follow the directions of drinking plenty of fluid of course. I have a good breakfast, then when the munchie craze begins, (although I am not hungry), I take a packet and feel no further need to find a snack. I follow up with teas or water and am satisfied for quite a while. It is gentle on your digestive system too. I like this product and will re-order when this supply is finished.

This product is quick to absorb, but I have to say it tastes terrible. My husband is finishing it off as I cannot tolerate it. The taste brings to mind super sweet cherry syrup with a fizzing chemical tang, like an aspartane bitter taste. Whether it is good for me nor not, I will not purchase this again.

Great absortion and tastes wonderful mixed with orange juice. I feel this is a very good product to get my calcium requirements and will continue to use it in the future.

I have been taking this for a week and have not noticed relief yet. Perhaps it needs to have a longer time of use before any effect can be determined.
