My wife and I have tried at least 6 different products in the last 5 years. Country Life Daily-Dophilus is a winner. Some products are very disruptive and upsetting to the intestinal track. That has not been our experience with Daily-Dophilus which is now the only stand-alone pro-biotic we use.

I never seem to get comfortable with this product. I have started on it at least 3 times, maybe 4. Each time, I find I am dealing with unnecessary side effects of either watery stools or slight constipation. I am going back to Daily-Dophilus as that seems to work better for me and my spouse.

This product took a few days before I noticed any benefit. However, with a regular 1/day dosage, I notice benefit with no side effects such as the jitters that some other products produce.

I began taking Liver Care along with a sylibin phytosome product to improve my liver health after 2 rounds (26 weeks and 48 weeks) of HCV prescription treatments failed to eradicate the virus. I still have HCV, but within 90 days of using Liver Care and the sylibin phytosome product my AST & ALT levels were back in the normal range, and I felt great. Five years have passed and I continue with both products daily. I notice a difference when I leave either supplement out, so I am continuing with both.

For male or female, this product is effective for us in reducing sudden urges to urinate. One a day is effective dose. This got me through some issues associated with side effects of some medication. Now, I use it only sporadically when needed. My system responds to it quickly.
