This supplement is so strong that you can feel it beginning to clear your lungs in 20 minutes. If you take many supplements at a time and aren`t sure if you remembered to take this one, just wait 20 minutes and you`ll know. Helps clear up nasal congestion and post-nasal drip as well. It would likely help motivate a smoker to quit smoking in the early stages and do a good job of cleansing and recovery over time.

I believe this product would be good for boosting your levels of trace minerals. However, after testing the water, I compared this product with colloidal trace minerals and found that the alkaline booster did not change the pH of the water at all, although I used the recommended 10 drops. The colloidal trace mineral drops raised the pH by .5 points. I was really surprised.

While this tape is easier to use and much cheaper than the strips in the long run, I find that it isn`t very good for really accurate readings - the difference in colours isn`t all that different between 5.5, 6.0 and 6.5. All the same, I`m glad to have it to test my pH levels twice a day or more.

I meant to get capsules and must have ordered powder by accident. Powder would be great for use when people have a regular schedule and can keep bottles at office or home and so can use this detoxification agent between meals with regularity. When I used it, I could feel the detoxing within hours. It`s the right product for strong detoxing but in the wrong form for an irregular schedule. A good product, but next time I will be sure to get it in capsule form.

I`ve used Clarkia to deal with critters. It did a great job. This product has the same ingredients, and tastes similar. Instructions are similar, although you take more of this than the Clarkia. My body reacted the same way to it as to the Clarkia. Much cheaper, so I`ll continue to use this as a parasite cleanser.

I use this product to prepare for liver flushing. As long as I clean my liver regularly, I never get sick, but if I get lazy, I get sick! This is especially useful in capsule form as I can take them to work. Taken daily, apple pectin is a soluble fiber which helps purify the blood.

I take this in addition to vitamin C tablets (1000 mg each time). Before I started doing that, high doses of Vitamin C over time (even containing the relevent flavonoids to aid absorption) resulted in bleeding gums and bruising, which are signs of lack of vitamin C! That condition cleared up when I added bioflavonoids to my daily regimen.

I love this drink. I started drinking it just when the school season started and I was expossd to a cold that was going around immediately. I didn't get it, and I think this drink was largely responsible for strengthening my immune system just when I needed it. I mix it with a cold coffee drink made from organic coffee, milk from free-range cows and a sweetener. The cold coffee is already sweet, so I don't need to add anything. I mix it in a small blender, and don't have the problem of the powder forming lumps or settling to the bottom. At work, where I don't have the blender, I mix it with hot cafe latte by putting both in a shaker cup and shaking between sips. I don't need to add sweetener then, either. When I take the powder out of the bag, I make sure not to spill it on the resealable part, and to give the top of the bag a flick with my fingers to shake off any powder, so I haven't had a problem with the bag not sealing properly. If powder does attach to the groove or tongue of the sealer, I'll use a damp cloth to try to remove it and let it dry for a moment before resealing it. I hope that works. I have already ordered extra bags of this drink, some for work and some for when I run out. I was pleasantly surprised, because I hate mushrooms but I can't really taste the mushrooms the way I mix this drink!

I tried a little mixed in water, but found it to be bitter. I mixed the rest in juice and didn't notice the bitterness. I was surprised to feel an my body respond to this drink within minutes. It's hard to describe. I felt a kind of relaxing feeling spread outwards from my stomach. There must be a lot of magnesium in the nutritional profile of this drink. Anyways, I think this drink is excellent as a nutritive supplement.

I've been taking this calcium/magnesium combination for years. I'm impressed by the combination of electrolytes and minerals, with a wide range of better-absorbed as well as less-well absorbed forms, plus the addition of zinc and vitamin D3.

I am trying to avoid preservatives, pesticides etc. which might cause adverse effects and lead to signs of aging. This supplement appears to do that, in addition to being great for heart health. It`s a bit expensive but the quality might be worth it. It will take time to see physical changes.

This seems to help with night vision problems. In addition, it helps reduce free radicals. I'm very happy to find it in such a large dose. The capsule is easy to swallow.
