Warning: if you have high blood pressure don't take this one. The headache hasn't left me since the morning, my first dose, and my bp is 140/95. I will never take it again.

I suffer from Adrenal Fatigue due to many reasons, including Amalgam Illness. Taking this supplement ,alone, has been one of the most effective treatments I have ever got. I tried Adrenal Grandulars, and I actually felt weird. Eleuthero gives me energy, while making me calm. I also have High Blood Pressure, I have only seen a very mild effect in that regard, an increase of 5 points while taking Eleuthero. Koreain Ginseng, on the other hand, increases my blood pressure by 40 points at least. It also makes me very anxious and unable to relax. I also think it's great for Hypothyroidism, I have Sub-clinical Hypothyroidism which seems to respond very well to Eleuthero too. All these benefits without noticeable side effects, only a very mild increase in my blood pressure. Highly recommended, you won't regret it.

I have read about Pumpkin Seed Oil and it's anti-inflammatory benefits, it's as effective as NSAIDs for knee pain. I take 1 softgel with breakfast and another 1 with dinner, I really like the results!!! it's amazing especially when you combine it with Glucosamine and Fish Oil. No more Knee Pain people :)

You might need a lower dose, but my mother says that this is the effective dose for her. She has been taking 500mg for 2 months without any improvements, I told her to increase the dose and just over night she felt much more better. This combined with 1,200mg to 1,800mg of Alpha Lipoic Acid will do the trick. Don't take ALA if you are on Thyroid meds though, it will double your heart rate!!!

I started this brand few days ago, it has some detox symptoms, strong ones, which makes me believe that it is simply the best Milk Thistle product I have ever tried. I am more regular, in just few days, and I feel something has changed. If you have a liver problem, or want to detox your live like me, then you came to the right place. This extract is triple standarized, and if you think about it you will know that it is cheaper than other brands. You get alot of milk thistle power for 4 months, 1 cap is really enough per day. Highly recommended, along with Life Extesion Bio Curcumin.

I was hesitated to try Ubiquinol, due to its price, but with that free sample I learnt that it worth every penny. It's WAY BETTER than ordinary form. I think anyone with a heart condition, or high blood pressure should take it. I think that everyone 40+ should take it! Thanks iherb for such a nice free sample.

It's a wow product, can't say more. I just take one capsule and in less than one hour, I feel so sleepy that I can't resist going to the bed. I sleep without being anxious, it's pretty much like a sleeping pill but without any side effects. It's also a brain food but I just started taking it 3 days ago so I didn't see any effects on the brain yet.

It really works well, makes the one feels great. Just take it on empty stomache like most other herbs. Give it a break every week for 2-3 days at least, so you can feel the energy boost afterwards. It's different than the Korean Ginseng, which has a stimulating effect and it make me worry and anxious all the time!!!

Couldn't stand the horrible nausea

After I take this product with food, and without food too, the nausea is just to much to deal with. I tried to take it for a week and no improvements whatsoever. What really works for HypoT is 200mcg selenium, 50 mg zinc with 2mg copper, vitamin E, Maca Extract and if you can get all this in a good multivitamin then there you go.

I really like this combo, but I'm almost done with the first bottle and I see no result whatsoever. I tried MegaNatural Grape Seed in the past, 300mg caps, and my blood pressure went down and my joints didn't hurt as much. But this one has done nothing so far. Yet I ask you to try it out, it might work out for you!

I'm updating my review, previouly I gave this product 5 stars because it's really good. But now after it raised my blood pressure I can't take it anymore. I don't know why it does increase my blood pressure, but it does.
