It has a good mix of ingredients for eyes support. I give it to my kid to support myopia. It does not reduce myopia but it helps to reduce the progression of the myopia if you read a lot of books or using computer for a long period of time. I also use it myself since I am diabetics. It helps my eyes to focus better. Less blurry visison and able to focus on small words better!!! I have upgrade fr 3 to 5 stars!!

It helps greatly with focus and ability to sustain attention. Initially, I gave 125 mg , not much help. I was so dissapointed. I decided to take leap of faith by giving 250 mg x 2 tablets. Dosage as follows: Morning bfr breakfast(abt 30 min bfr food): 1 tablet Afternnon 30 min bfr lunch 1/2 tblt and Dinner -30 min bfr food- 1/2 tblt. It works wonder. It would be good if it is also supported with B12 and active form of folate.Some ADHD can tolerate Methyl form but some has to resort to Hydroxy to avoid hyperactivity.
