This is the first time I've taken wheat grass and am very satisfied with this product. The taste of Amazing Grass is great. I blend it with orange juice and ginger root. The taste isn't overpowering, as is the case with other green powders like alfalfa. Very tasty!

This is a great product. I can't decide what is better, this or Doctor's Best. The NOW brand of 5-HTP did nothing for me, so I'll be sticking to this one, and perhaps rotate with Doctor's Best.

These capsules work tremendously, in fact, I noticed the difference in my mood a few hours after I took them. Since I began taking them last week (usually one or two a day) I have noticed great improvements in my attitude and mood. Also, my dreams have become more vivid.
