One serving of Heart to Heart cereal provides 1 gram of soluble fiber. This type of fiber dissolves in water to form a gel-like material and as it passes through the digestive system, it binds with cholesterol, helping to remove it from your body. Good sources of soluble fiber include whole grains like oats, brown rice and barley, beans, peas, fruits and vegetables.

Cooking Directions

To Make in Microwave:

Empty packet into microwave-safe bowl. Add 2/3 cup water. Microwave on high 1 1/2 to 2 1/2 minutes, stir.

To Make with Boiling Water:

Empty packet into bowl. Add 1/2 cup boiling water; stir.

Allow to sit for desired consistency. For thicker oatmeal, use less water. For thinner oatmeal, use more water. Use a pot holder to handle a hot bowl.

体調がちょっと悪かったんです。でも深夜12時、1時…。寝なくちゃいけないのにお腹が空いてて寝付けない! 多分、熟睡できない! そんな時はオートミールですね。とろとろのが好きなんです。胃腸が弱いようで。 レーズン追加して、多めのお水と牛乳でレンチン! なんかごろごろしています。お味もシナモンも濃いめ。おいしいです。 即、普通味も一緒に追加購入。ついでにレビューも書きます。今2時半です…!でも熟睡できそうです。

栄養面ですぐれているので、冬でもシリアル系をとりたいと思い試しに大好きなシナモン味を注文。 レンジでチンして温めてもおいしいし、甘めなので無調整の豆乳を かけるとちょうど良い朝食になります。 プレーンヨーグルトに混ぜても手軽に食べられて重宝してます。
