Health Valley Organic Sprouted Amaranth Flakes Baked Multigrain Cereal is an excellent source of fiber (5 grams) and has the benefits of 1.3 grams heart healthy soluble fiber (beta glucan) from oats and oat bran. Soluble fiber from oats and oat bran, as part of a diet low in saturated fat and cholesterol, may reduce the risk of heart disease.
