Quick Chinese Chicken Salad
In a large bowl, combine 1 shredded head of lettuce, 1 1/2 chopped left-over (cooked) skinless chicken, 3 oz. canned chow mein noodles, 3 diced green onions, 8 oz can drained water chestnuts, and 1/2 cup of drained canned Mandarin oranges. In a separate bowl, mix 1/3 cup Hain Peanut Oil with 1/3 cup soy sauce. Toss with salad and serve.
