You Will Need:
- 1 cup milk
- 1 egg
- 1/3 cup oil
- 1 (12 cup) muffin pan
- Mix It Up! - Combine cornbread mix, egg, oil and milk in a mixing bowl. Stir ingredients until well combined.
- Split It! - Pour batter into prepared pan.
- Bake It! - Bake at 400 degrees for 18-22 min.
Muffins are done when a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
Cool 10 minutes before removing muffins from pan.
Note: Preheat oven to 400°F (205°C)
Grease or line 12-cup muffin tin with paper liners.
