Bread Machine Instructions
1 package Bob's Red Mill Low-Carb Bread Mix
3/4 cup Water
3/4 cup Whipping Cream
2 Tbsp. Canola Oil
1 Egg (slightly beaten)
1 yeast packet (included in package)
Add the ingredients to the bread maker in the following order:
Warm the water to 85-90°F. Pour into bread machine pan. Add cream, oil, and egg. Add Bread Mix. Make shallow well in the center of bread mix: do not break through to liquid portion. Add yeast to the well. Set bread machine to basic normal bread setting, medium crust setting, and 2 lb. size. Start bread machine. Bread cycle will take approximately 3 hours and 10 minutes.
Vital wheat gluten, whole grain oat flour, oat bran, oat fiber, flaxseed meal, whole rye flour, wheat bran, whole soy flour, active dry yeast, evaporated cane juice, sea salt(magnesium carbonate).
