Specially designed for those sensitive to wheat and gluten, this mix can be made into delicious homemade cakes, cookies, breads, muffins, pancakes and waffles. Contains a blend of gluten-free flours from potatoes, sorghum, tapioca, garbanzo and fava beans.

用法・用量

A recipe for banana bread:

1/3 cup canola oil
1/2 cup brown sugar, packed
2 large eggs
1 tsp. vanilla extract
1 3/4 cups Bob's Red Mill All-Purpose GF Baking Flour
2 tsp. baking powder
1 1/4 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. xanthan gum
1/2 tsp. salt
1 1/2 cups mashed ripe bananas
1/2 cup finely chopped pecans or walnuts
1/2 cup raisins

Preheat oven to 350°F. Grease 9 x 5 inch non-stick loaf pan. For smaller loaves, use three 5 x 3 inch loaf pans. Cream together oil, sugar, eggs, and vanilla in a large bowl with electric mixer. Add flour, xanthan gum, salt, baking powder and cinnamon to egg mixture, alternating with bananas. Beat until smooth. Stir in nuts and raisins. Batter will be somewhat soft. Transfer to pan(s). Bake 9 x 5 inch loaf for 1 hour, 5 x 3 inch loaves for 45 minutes. Serves 10.
